zosianicola's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- dog party, y'all come Last night (8-ish) when I let the 2 dogs out into the little front yard to do their duty, little Bella from the end unit was running free on the promenade. That means that she and my dogs can visit through the upright bars of my front gate, or over the 3 foot stone walls. It's a very good way for the three of them to get some dog socialization time, since they can't get too rowdy with the gate/wall in the way. The neighbor guys who own Bella, lets call them Wallace and Grommit, came over to visit. They are very nice guys and very friendly neighbors. We were all visiting, because P-dog had heard the commotion and come out to visit too (non-regular readers, P-dog is my hubby, not another dog). Then what should we notice, but the Smallweed family is up on their balcony making sure nothing is going on that they should feel compelled to complain about. So far no complaints have been registered via the HOA e-mail list, but I am still waiting. I am half expecting them to complain that we hung our scuba gear out on our patio to let it dry---well heck yeah it is an eyesore but it only lasts a half day.
