One of those guys who would way rather insult you when you are standing outside in your jammies than treat you with dignity or courtesy. We have lived in houses since 1986, and did have some problem neighbors but at least they were in separate buildings. And when we lived in townhouses in Pennsylvania and Ann Arbor, we had no neighbor problems at all. I guess I was due for a neighbor from hell experience. The gist of it is he doesn't want to see any dog waste anywhere. No, really, he doesn't want to see any dogs anywhere. But dogs are not the whole problem. He also doesn't like my welcome mat. And he doesn't want any lights on downstairs if he has gone to bed because the light seeps through his plantation shutters. I must be a peacemaker for a while because there is a leak from his unit that is seeping into ours (it may be a coincidence that his toilet runs all night, but it may not) but after that is settled I am going to practice the piano and the accordion every day. And send this twerp back to Louisiana where he belongs 5:18 p.m. - 2007-01-20 ---------------------------------------------------------
