He must have gone back to Louisiana (his house there is not yet sold---it was so badly damaged by Katrina that they decided to just barely whip it into shape and then sell it). He just pops in every three months to make sure his new neighbors hate him, then heads on back to where all his neighbors have moved out and left him all alone with no one to antagonize.
